Who we are
BinaSetu is made and sold by Bina Group, 7/D/1 Old Post Office Road, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal 742101, India. Write to owner@binasetu.com or WhatsApp +91 94762 20286. In these terms "we" means Bina Group and "you" means the business that opens a BinaSetu company.
Who may use BinaSetu
BinaSetu is for businesses in India. The person who signs up must be allowed to act for the business, and the details given must be true.
Plans, prices and GST
- BinaSetu is sold as a yearly or a monthly subscription. Setu Start is free for life; Setu Grow, Setu Team and Setu Max are paid. The prices are on our price page.
- Every price is plus 18% GST, and we issue a GST tax invoice. If the government changes the GST rate, only the GST part of the bill changes.
- The Year-end offer price is for those who join by 31 March 2027. For them it never goes up at renewal.
- Renewal is never automatic today. We remind you before the end date and you pay again. If autopay is added later, it will be only with your own mandate, and we will tell you 24 hours before each debit.
Payment
You pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We never see or store your card number. If the law asks you to deduct TDS, you may do so and give us the TDS certificate. Cancelling and refunds are in our Cancellation & Refund policy.
Your account and PIN
Keeping your sign-in, your PIN and your devices safe is your job. Give each person in your business their own sign-in, and remove people who leave. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your sign-in.
Fair use
- Do not resell BinaSetu or share one company's sign-in with other businesses.
- Do not attack, overload, copy or try to break into the service or other companies' data.
- Do not use BinaSetu for anything against the law.
Your data
Your bills, stock, parties and accounts belong to you. We use them only to run BinaSetu for you. You can export them at any time. We never delete your data unless you ask, and we keep records as long as tax law requires. See our Privacy policy.
Uptime and backups
We aim to keep BinaSetu running all the time and we back up every day. We cannot promise it will never stop, and we give no hard uptime guarantee. When something goes wrong we fix it quickly and tell you.
Suspension
We stop or limit an account only for non-payment or for misuse of these terms, and only after we give you notice. Your data is kept and you can still export it.
Limit of liability
We do our best, but software can have faults. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or loss of your data caused by our breaking the promises in "Your data".
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will give you 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp, and the date at the top will change. If you do not agree, tell us before the new terms start: we end your plan and refund the unused part of what you paid, counted by the day.
Governing law
Indian law applies. The courts at Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal have jurisdiction. This does not take away your right to go to a consumer commission.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

আমরা কে
BinaSetu তৈরি ও বিক্রি করে Bina Group, 7/D/1 Old Post Office Road, বহরমপুর, মুর্শিদাবাদ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ 742101, ভারত। লিখুন owner@binasetu.com-এ বা WhatsApp করুন +91 94762 20286-এ। এই শর্তে "আমরা" মানে Bina Group আর "আপনি" মানে যে ব্যবসা BinaSetu company খোলে।
কারা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন
BinaSetu ভারতের ব্যবসার জন্য। যিনি sign up করেন তাঁকে ব্যবসার হয়ে কাজ করার অধিকার থাকতে হবে, আর দেওয়া তথ্য সত্যি হতে হবে।
Plan, দাম ও GST
- BinaSetu বছরের বা মাসের subscription হিসেবে বিক্রি হয়। Setu Start সারা জীবন বিনামূল্যে; Setu Grow, Setu Team আর Setu Max টাকার। দাম আমাদের দামের পাতায়।
- প্রতিটা দামের ওপর ১৮% GST যোগ হয়, আর আমরা GST tax invoice দিই। সরকার GST-র হার বদলালে শুধু bill-এর GST অংশ বদলায়।
- Year-end offer দাম তাঁদের জন্য যাঁরা ৩১ মার্চ ২০২৭-এর মধ্যে যোগ দেন। তাঁদের জন্য renewal-এ দাম কখনো বাড়ে না।
- আজকের দিনে renewal নিজে থেকে হয় না। শেষ তারিখের আগে আমরা মনে করাই, আপনি আবার টাকা দেন। পরে autopay এলে সেটা শুধু আপনার নিজের mandate-এ হবে, আর প্রতিবার টাকা কাটার ২৪ ঘণ্টা আগে জানাব।
টাকা দেওয়া
টাকা দেন online, Razorpay দিয়ে (UPI, card, net banking)। আপনার card-এর নম্বর আমরা দেখি না, রাখিও না। আইন বললে আপনি TDS কাটতে পারেন আর TDS certificate আমাদের দেবেন। বাতিল ও refund-এর নিয়ম আমাদের Cancellation & Refund policy-তে।
আপনার account ও PIN
আপনার sign-in, PIN আর device নিরাপদে রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। ব্যবসার প্রত্যেককে আলাদা sign-in দিন, আর যিনি ছেড়ে যান তাঁকে সরিয়ে দিন। অন্য কেউ আপনার sign-in পেয়েছে মনে হলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান।
ন্যায্য ব্যবহার
- BinaSetu আবার বিক্রি করবেন না, আর একটা company-র sign-in অন্য ব্যবসার সঙ্গে ভাগ করবেন না।
- service বা অন্য company-র data আক্রমণ, overload, copy বা ভেঙে ঢোকার চেষ্টা করবেন না।
- আইনবিরুদ্ধ কাজে BinaSetu ব্যবহার করবেন না।
আপনার data
আপনার bill, stock, party আর হিসাব আপনার। আমরা এগুলো শুধু আপনার জন্য BinaSetu চালাতে ব্যবহার করি। যেকোনো সময় export করতে পারেন। আপনি না বললে আমরা data মুছি না, আর কর আইন যতদিন রাখতে বলে ততদিন রেকর্ড রাখি। দেখুন আমাদের Privacy policy।
চালু থাকা ও backup
BinaSetu সব সময় চালু রাখার চেষ্টা করি আর প্রতিদিন backup নিই। কখনো বন্ধ হবে না, এমন কথা দিতে পারি না; কড়া uptime-এর গ্যারান্টি নেই। কিছু গোলমাল হলে তাড়াতাড়ি ঠিক করি আর আপনাকে জানাই।
বন্ধ করা
আমরা account বন্ধ বা সীমিত করি শুধু টাকা না দিলে বা শর্ত ভাঙলে, আর আগে আপনাকে নোটিস দিয়ে। আপনার data থেকে যায়, আপনি তখনও export করতে পারেন।
দায়ের সীমা
আমরা যথাসাধ্য করি, তবু software-এ ভুল থাকতে পারে। কোনো দাবিতে আপনার প্রতি আমাদের মোট দায় সেই দাবির আগের ১২ মাসে আপনার দেওয়া টাকার মধ্যে সীমিত। লাভ হারানো বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় আমাদের নয়। প্রতারণা, ইচ্ছাকৃত ক্ষতি, বা "আপনার data"-র কথা আমরা না রাখায় আপনার data হারালে এই সীমা খাটে না।
শর্ত বদল
শর্ত বদলালে ৩০ দিন আগে email বা WhatsApp-এ জানাব, আর ওপরের তারিখ বদলাবে। রাজি না হলে নতুন শর্ত চালু হওয়ার আগে জানান: আমরা plan শেষ করি আর যত দিন বাকি তার টাকা দিন হিসেবে ফেরত দিই।
প্রযোজ্য আইন
ভারতের আইন প্রযোজ্য। বহরমপুর, মুর্শিদাবাদ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গের আদালতের এখতিয়ার। এতে consumer commission-এ যাওয়ার অধিকার যায় না।
