Cancellation & Refund policy

Yearly plans
If you cancel within 7 days of the payment, you get a full refund. After 7 days there is no refund, and the plan runs to its end date.
Monthly plans
You may stop at any time. There is no refund for the month that has already started. Monthly plans are arranged on WhatsApp today; the cart takes yearly plans.
Add-ons
An add-on bought in the middle of the year (extra users, firms, App users, WhatsApp packs) follows the same 7-day rule, counted from the add-on's own payment date.
Data move-in fee
The ₹1,999 fee for moving your data in for you is refunded in full if you cancel before our team starts the move. Once the move has started it cannot be refunded, because the work is done for you. A refund follows the same payment method and timing as below.
Setu Start (free)
Setu Start is free for life. There is nothing to pay, so there is nothing to refund.
How to cancel
Write to owner@binasetu.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91 94762 20286. Please give your business name and the email you signed up with.
How the refund is paid
The refund goes back to the same payment method you used. We start it within 5 to 7 working days of approving your request. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.
Renewal
Renewal is never automatic today. We remind you before the end date and you pay again. If autopay is added later, it will be only with your own mandate, and we will tell you 24 hours before each debit.
When a paid plan ends
After a paid plan ends, your company drops to Setu Start. Your data is kept and stays readable.
Your data
- You can export your data at any time.
- We never delete your data unless you ask us to.
- We keep records for as long as tax law requires: GST records for 72 months and books of account for 8 years.

Write to owner@binasetu.com or WhatsApp +91 94762 20286. Our Grievance Officer is named in the Terms. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

বছরের plan
টাকা দেওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে বাতিল করলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত পাবেন। ৭ দিন পরে ফেরত নেই, plan তার শেষ তারিখ পর্যন্ত চলে।
মাসের plan
যেকোনো সময় বন্ধ করতে পারেন। যে মাস শুরু হয়ে গেছে তার টাকা ফেরত নেই। মাসের plan আজ WhatsApp-এ নেওয়া হয়; cart-এ বছরের plan।
Add-on
বছরের মাঝখানে নেওয়া add-on (বাড়তি user, firm, App user, WhatsApp pack) একই ৭ দিনের নিয়মে চলে, গোনা হয় add-on-এর নিজের টাকা দেওয়ার তারিখ থেকে।
Data ঢোকানোর ফি
আমরা আপনার data ঢুকিয়ে দিলে যে ₹১,৯৯৯ ফি, আমাদের team কাজ শুরু করার আগে বাতিল করলে তা পুরো ফেরত। কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে ফেরত নেই, কারণ কাজটা আপনার জন্য করে দেওয়া হয়ে গেছে। ফেরত যাবে একই payment উপায়ে, নিচের সময়েই।
Setu Start (বিনামূল্যে)
Setu Start সারা জীবন বিনামূল্যে। টাকা দেওয়ার কিছু নেই, তাই ফেরত দেওয়ারও কিছু নেই।
কীভাবে বাতিল করবেন
owner@binasetu.com-এ লিখুন বা +91 94762 20286-এ WhatsApp করুন। ব্যবসার নাম আর sign up-এর email জানাবেন।
টাকা কীভাবে ফেরত আসে
যে উপায়ে টাকা দিয়েছিলেন, সেই উপায়েই ফেরত যায়। আপনার অনুরোধ মঞ্জুর হওয়ার ৫ থেকে ৭ কাজের দিনের মধ্যে আমরা ফেরত পাঠানো শুরু করি। আপনার ব্যাংক বা card কোম্পানির দেখাতে আরও কয়েক দিন লাগতে পারে।
Renewal
আজকের দিনে renewal নিজে থেকে হয় না। শেষ তারিখের আগে আমরা মনে করাই, আপনি আবার টাকা দেন। পরে autopay এলে সেটা শুধু আপনার নিজের mandate-এ হবে, আর প্রতিবার টাকা কাটার ২৪ ঘণ্টা আগে জানাব।
টাকার plan শেষ হলে
টাকার plan শেষ হলে আপনার company Setu Start-এ নেমে আসে। আপনার data থাকে, পড়া যায়।
আপনার data
- যেকোনো সময় data export করতে পারেন।
- আপনি না বললে আমরা কখনো data মুছি না।
- কর আইন যতদিন বলে ততদিন রেকর্ড রাখি: GST রেকর্ড ৭২ মাস, হিসাবের খাতা ৮ বছর।
