"We" means Bina Group, 7/D/1 Old Post Office Road, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal 742101, India, which makes and sells BinaSetu ("Setu"). "You" means the person or firm that joins as a Setu Referral Partner.

You work independently. You are not our employee, agent or franchise. You cannot sign anything, promise anything or take any money for us.

You pay your own costs (travel, phone, internet) and your own taxes on what you earn.

Anyone aged 18 or more who lives in India can join — a salesman, CA, GST practitioner, computer or billing shop, website maker, YouTube creator or anyone else. You do not need to use Setu yourself. Joining costs nothing.

A company, firm or LLP can join too. One contact person signs in for it, and the firm's own PAN and bank account are used.

You need a PAN to be paid. You give it only when you claim money for the first time (point 40).

A BinaSetu staff member cannot be a partner.

Join at binasetu.com/partner.html: give your name, WhatsApp mobile number, email, town and what you do, and tick "I agree to the Partner terms". We send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp to check that the mobile number is yours.

One mobile number can hold only one partner account.

You get a partner number (for example SP-000123) on the screen, on WhatsApp and by email, together with these terms.

You sign in at app.binasetu.com/partner with your mobile number and a code we send on WhatsApp. There is no password. Never tell the code to anyone — not even to someone who says they are from BinaSetu.

Your partner account works from the minute you join. Our staff checks your PAN and bank only before your first payment.

You get: your own code, link and QR; a partner page on computer and phone (your customers, your money, renewals coming, leads); and a partner kit (price list, demo link, short videos, ready WhatsApp messages, logo files, and a partner certificate with a QR that anyone can check on binasetu.com).

After you sign in, you make your own code: 4 to 12 English letters or numbers, for example RAHUL10. It must not already be taken, must not be a rude word, and must not use "BinaSetu" or another company's brand name.

Your link is binasetu.com/?p=YOURCODE, and you also get a QR of it. Your partner number also works as a code, with no discount.

You may give customers a discount on your code: from 0% up to half of your share rate — today up to 15%, and up to 17.5% once your next customer will earn you 35% (point 31). Your partner page lets you set only what is allowed at that time. If your limit drops (for example on 1 April, when the count of 10 starts again), a higher discount is lowered to the limit by itself. 0% is fine.

The discount is for the customer's first year only: the plan and add-ons billed for months inside its first year (monthly payments 1 to 12, and the first-year part of a 2- or 3-year payment). Renewals are at the full price, and the customer is told this before paying.

The discount comes out of your share. Your share = your rate × the bill before the discount − the discount. BinaSetu's part stays the same.

You may change your discount any time. A change counts only for customers who sign up after it.

The discount never works for your own firm or your family's firm (point 62). There your code works only with 0%.

A firm becomes your customer when, at sign-up, your code is on the sign-up form — typed by the firm, entered by our staff when they sign the firm up, or filled in because it came through your link or QR (your link is remembered in that browser for 60 days). The firm sees your name on the form and may remove it.

You may send a firm an invite from your partner page. The firm signs up and pays on its own — never you for it.

Leads: in your partner page you may add a firm you are talking to (firm name + mobile). If it is not already on Setu and no other partner holds it, it is protected for you for 60 days (60 days more, once, if a demo was booked). If that firm signs up in that time with no code at all, it becomes yours.

When there is a clash:

• The firm types another partner's code, but you hold its protected lead → your lead wins.
• The firm types a Setu customer's "refer a friend" code → that code wins, even over your lead. It is then a customer referral, not a partner sale.
• The firm has a link remembered and types a different code → the code on the form when it presses Join wins.
• Two partners both say "mine", with no lead and no code → our staff decides from proof (chats, demo dates) and writes the reason down.

A firm that signed up with no code can add your code only before its first payment and within 30 days of signing up. After that, no partner can be added.

A firm already on Setu cannot become yours. A new firm added by an existing customer is not a new customer.

One customer has one partner. Its extra firms follow its main firm.

A customer stays yours for as long as it uses Setu and you stay a partner in good standing. A free customer that starts paying later — even years later — is still yours, and its first paid year earns the first-year rate. A customer that stops and comes back within 12 months is still yours; after 12 months away, it is a new customer.

If a customer asks to move to another partner (for example, for poor service), our staff may move it, at most once a year. The first-year share stays with you; renewals after the move go to the new partner.

If you are also a Setu customer with your own "refer a friend" code, you choose once, at the start, which one you use: cash share as a partner, or free months as a customer — never both for the same firm.

Your share is worked on the customer's whole bill before GST: the plan plus extra users, app users, extra firms, WhatsApp packs and other yearly add-ons on that bill.

• First year: 30%.
• From your 11th paid customer in a financial year (1 April to 31 March): 35% for each next new customer's whole first year. A customer's rate is fixed when the 7 days after its first payment are over (point 35).
• Every renewal: 10%, for as long as the customer pays.

Nothing on the free plan (Setu Start), and nothing on the one-time "we move your data" fee.

"First year" means the 12 months from the start of the customer's first paid period. Money that pays for months inside it earns the first-year rate; money for months after it earns 10%.

Our own offers (the Year-end offer, the 2- or 3-year price) are the same for everyone; your share is worked on what we bill.

A share waits 7 days after the customer's money reaches us (the refund window). Then it becomes "Due".

The 3-sale rule: your first money is paid only after your 3rd paid customer — 3 different firms, not your own or your family's, each past its 7 days. The shares on your 1st and 2nd customers are earned only when your 3rd paid customer comes. Till then they wait in your partner page as "Kept till 3rd sale", and they become Due together with the 3rd. After that, every share becomes Due on its own.

Kept shares wait for 12 months from your 1st paid customer. If your 3rd paid customer has not come by then, the kept shares are not earned and end.

Everything that became Due in a month can be claimed from the 1st of the next month. Press Claim on any day you like, or turn on Auto — then it is claimed for you on the 10th of every month.

Smallest claim: ₹500. A smaller amount stays safe and waits for the next month. On 31 March everything Due is paid by itself, whatever the amount, once your PAN and bank are checked.

The first time you claim (or turn on Auto), you give your PAN, your GSTIN if you have one, and a bank account or UPI ID in the same name as the PAN. Our staff checks them and may send ₹1 to prove the account.

After our staff approves a claim, the money normally reaches your bank or UPI within 3 working days. You get a statement in your partner page and on WhatsApp.

Money that is Due but not claimed stays yours. We remind you once a month on WhatsApp.

If a customer gets a refund or a chargeback, or a payment fails, before the 7 days are over, that share simply ends. If it happens after your share was paid, the share is taken back from your next payment as a minus line (if you have GST, the partner page makes the credit note for it).

If your next payments do not cover it within 90 days, we ask you to pay it back by UPI. Until it is paid back, your account is On hold and your new shares pay it off first.

TDS: we cut income tax from your commission as the Income-tax law says. Today that is 2% once your shares in a financial year pass ₹20,000 (then on the whole year's amount), and 20% if your PAN is not working (for example, not linked with Aadhaar). If the law changes, the new law applies.

TDS is worked when a share becomes Due, not when you claim it. Every quarter you get the TDS certificate (today called Form 16A) in your partner page, and the TDS shows in your own tax statement (Form 26AS / AIS).

If you have GST registration, your commission is your service to us. The partner page makes a GST tax invoice in your name from your payment lines; you check it and press Confirm. We pay the commission + GST (TDS is cut only on the commission part). You pay that GST to the government in your own GST return.

If your GST invoice does not show in our GST records (GSTR-2B) within 60 days, we hold that GST amount from your next payment until you file it.

If you have no GST registration, we add no GST. Getting registered once your own turnover passes the GST limit is your job.

What you earn is your income. Paying your own income tax and GST on it is your job.

After your 3rd paid customer, you get Setu Grow free for your own firm for one year. Each later year is free too if you brought at least 3 paid customers in the 12 months before that renewal; if not, you may keep it at the normal price.

Before your 3rd paid customer, you buy Setu like anyone else, at the same price.

Say only true things about Setu. Do not promise features, prices, visits or support that we do not give.

The only discount you may give is the one set on your code. No other discount, cash back, gift, free months or side deal.

The customer pays BinaSetu only, on our own payment page. Never take money for Setu in your own name.

Do not put your code on coupon or deal websites. Do not run ads on the name "BinaSetu" or "Setu", and do not make pages or profiles that look like ours.

No spam: no bulk messages, no messages to people who did not ask for them, no fake reviews.

In every review, video or post, say clearly — easy to see, in the same language — that it is a partner link, for example "I earn if you join through my link." Honest reviews, good and bad, are welcome.

Use our kit, logo and words only as we give them. Do not change the logo, and do not call yourself "BinaSetu" or our office.

Do not share your sign-in code, and do not let anyone else use your partner account.

Do not pay for a customer yourself, and do not make fake firms to earn shares.

Your own firm, and firms of your family (husband or wife, parents, children, brothers and sisters), do not count as your customers: they earn no share, get no discount and do not count for the 3-sale rule.

For each customer you see only: firm name, town, plan, start and renewal dates, amount billed before GST, your share and its status. Never their books, bills, parties, stock or reports.

You see a customer's mobile number and owner name only if the customer ticks "My partner may contact me". The customer can untick it any time.

Keep what you see private. Use it only to help that customer with Setu, never sell or share it, and delete it when you leave the programme.

Your own details (PAN, bank, card photos) are private: seen only by the staff who check them, kept for as long as the tax law needs, and deleted after that when no longer needed, or on your request. We use your details only for the partner programme.

With 100 or more paying customers (at least 100 that paid at least once, and 80 still paying), 6 months as a partner and a clean record, you may apply to become a Setu Support Partner: you give demos, move data, train staff and give first help to your own customers.

After the training and a test, a Support Partner today earns 35% of the first year from the first customer and 20% of every renewal (while that customer's support comes to you), and keeps ₹1,500 of each ₹1,999 data move done. The Support Partner terms are given when you apply.

On hold: if we must check something (your PAN or bank, a complaint, money to be taken back), your money waits but your code keeps working. We tell you on WhatsApp what to fix. If your PAN or bank is not fixed within 60 days, you are stopped. Your Due money then waits for you for 12 months more, and we remind you every month. If it is still not fixed after that, it ends, because we cannot pay without a checked PAN and bank.

Stopped: if you break these terms, we may stop you. We tell you why in writing, and you may reply once before we decide. Your code then stops bringing new customers, and your customers move to no partner or to a Support Partner near them. Honest shares already Due are still paid; shares still "Kept till 3rd sale" end.

Fraud (fake firms, paying for customers yourself, taking money in your own name, misusing customer data): those sales earn nothing, money already paid for them is taken back, and you are stopped at once.

Leaving: you or we can end this agreement with 30 days' notice on WhatsApp or email. Shares already Due are paid. Shares still "Kept till 3rd sale" end. After you leave, your customers' renewals are no longer paid to you — except that if we end it without you breaking these terms, your customers' renewal shares are still paid to you for 12 months after you leave.

Nominee: you may name a nominee in your partner page. If you die, your nominee gets your customers' renewal shares, for as long as those customers pay (the nominee gives a PAN and bank account to be paid). Paying the nominee settles our duty; the nominee answers to your legal heirs.

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice on WhatsApp and email. Money you have already earned is safe under the old terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may leave (point 72). Using your partner page after the 30 days means you accept the change.

These are version 1, dated 21 October 2026. Your partner page shows the version you agreed to and when.

Indian law applies. Only the courts at Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal have jurisdiction.

"আমরা" মানে Bina Group, 7/D/1 Old Post Office Road, বহরমপুর, মুর্শিদাবাদ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ ৭৪২১০১, ভারত — যারা BinaSetu ("Setu") বানায় ও বিক্রি করে। "আপনি" মানে যে মানুষ বা ফার্ম Setu Referral Partner হিসেবে যোগ দিচ্ছেন।

আপনি স্বাধীনভাবে কাজ করবেন। আপনি আমাদের কর্মচারী, এজেন্ট বা ফ্র্যাঞ্চাইজি নন। আমাদের হয়ে কোনো কাগজে সই, কোনো কথা দেওয়া বা কোনো টাকা নেওয়া আপনি করতে পারবেন না।

আপনার নিজের খরচ (যাতায়াত, ফোন, ইন্টারনেট) আর আয়ের উপর নিজের ট্যাক্স আপনি নিজে দেবেন।

ভারতে থাকেন এবং বয়স ১৮ বা তার বেশি — এমন যে কেউ যোগ দিতে পারেন: সেলসম্যান, CA, GST practitioner, কম্পিউটার বা বিলিং-এর দোকান, ওয়েবসাইট বানান যিনি, YouTube creator বা অন্য যে কেউ। নিজে Setu চালানোর দরকার নেই। যোগ দিতে কোনো খরচ নেই।

কোম্পানি, ফার্ম বা LLP-ও যোগ দিতে পারে। তার হয়ে একজন সাইন ইন করবেন; টাকা যাবে ফার্মের নিজের PAN আর ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টে।

টাকা পেতে PAN লাগবে। সেটা দিতে হবে শুধু প্রথমবার টাকা Claim করার সময় (পয়েন্ট ৪০)।

BinaSetu-র কোনো কর্মী পার্টনার হতে পারবেন না।

যোগ দিন binasetu.com/partner.html-এ: আপনার নাম, WhatsApp মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেল, শহর আর আপনি কী কাজ করেন লিখে "I agree to the Partner terms"-এ টিক দিন। মোবাইলটা আপনার কিনা দেখতে আমরা WhatsApp-এ ৬ অঙ্কের একটা কোড পাঠাব।

একটা মোবাইল নম্বরে একটাই পার্টনার অ্যাকাউন্ট।

আপনি একটা পার্টনার নম্বর পাবেন (যেমন SP-000123) — স্ক্রিনে, WhatsApp-এ আর ইমেলে, সঙ্গে এই শর্তাবলী।

যোগ দেওয়ার মুহূর্ত থেকেই আপনার পার্টনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু। আপনার PAN আর ব্যাঙ্ক আমাদের কর্মী দেখবেন শুধু প্রথম টাকা দেওয়ার আগে।

আপনি পাবেন: নিজের কোড, লিঙ্ক আর QR; কম্পিউটার আর ফোনে একটা পার্টনার পেজ (আপনার কাস্টমার, আপনার টাকা, সামনের রিনিউ, লিড); আর একটা পার্টনার কিট (দামের তালিকা, ডেমো লিঙ্ক, ছোট ভিডিও, তৈরি WhatsApp মেসেজ, লোগো, আর একটা পার্টনার সার্টিফিকেট — তার QR দিয়ে যে কেউ binasetu.com-এ যাচাই করতে পারবে)।

সাইন ইন করে আপনি নিজের কোড বানাবেন: ৪ থেকে ১২টা ইংরেজি অক্ষর বা সংখ্যা, যেমন RAHUL10। কোডটা আগে থেকে অন্য কারও থাকলে চলবে না, খারাপ শব্দ চলবে না, আর "BinaSetu" বা অন্য কোনো কোম্পানির ব্র্যান্ডের নাম চলবে না।

আপনার লিঙ্ক binasetu.com/?p=আপনারকোড, তার একটা QR-ও পাবেন। আপনার পার্টনার নম্বরও কোড হিসেবে চলে, তবে তাতে কোনো ছাড় নেই।

আপনার কোডে কাস্টমারকে ছাড় দিতে পারেন: ০% থেকে আপনার ভাগের হারের অর্ধেক পর্যন্ত — এখন সর্বোচ্চ ১৫%, আর যখন আপনার পরের কাস্টমারে ৩৫% পাবেন তখন সর্বোচ্চ ১৭.৫% (পয়েন্ট ৩১)। পার্টনার পেজ সেই সময় যতটা চলে, ততটাই বসাতে দেবে। আপনার সীমা কমলে (যেমন ১ এপ্রিল, যখন ১০-এর গোনা আবার শুরু হয়) বেশি ছাড় নিজে থেকেই সীমায় নেমে আসে। ০% রাখলেও চলবে।

ছাড় শুধু কাস্টমারের প্রথম বছরের জন্য: প্রথম বছরের ভিতরের মাসের প্ল্যান আর অ্যাড-অনের বিলে (মাসিক টাকার ১ থেকে ১২ মাস, আর ২ বা ৩ বছরের টাকার প্রথম বছরের ভাগে)। রিনিউ হয় পুরো দামে, আর টাকা দেওয়ার আগেই কাস্টমারকে সেটা বলে দেওয়া হয়।

ছাড়ের টাকা যায় আপনার ভাগ থেকে। আপনার ভাগ = আপনার হার × ছাড়ের আগের বিল − ছাড়। BinaSetu-র অংশ একই থাকে।

ছাড় যখন খুশি বদলাতে পারেন। বদলটা খাটবে শুধু তার পরে সাইন আপ করা কাস্টমারদের উপর।

আপনার নিজের ফার্ম বা পরিবারের ফার্মে ছাড় কখনো চলবে না (পয়েন্ট ৬২)। সেখানে আপনার কোড চলবে শুধু ০%-এ।

কোনো ফার্ম আপনার কাস্টমার হয় যখন সাইন আপের সময় ফর্মে আপনার কোড থাকে — ফার্ম নিজে টাইপ করুক, আমাদের কর্মী ফার্মের সাইন আপ করার সময় বসান, বা আপনার লিঙ্ক বা QR দিয়ে এসেছে বলে নিজে থেকে বসে যাক (আপনার লিঙ্ক সেই ব্রাউজারে ৬০ দিন মনে থাকে)। ফার্ম ফর্মে আপনার নাম দেখতে পায়, চাইলে সরিয়েও দিতে পারে।

পার্টনার পেজ থেকে কোনো ফার্মকে ইনভাইট পাঠাতে পারেন। সাইন আপ আর টাকা দেওয়া ফার্ম নিজেই করবে — আপনি তার হয়ে কখনো নয়।

লিড: যে ফার্মের সঙ্গে কথা চলছে, তাকে পার্টনার পেজে লিড হিসেবে যোগ করতে পারেন (ফার্মের নাম + মোবাইল)। ফার্মটা আগে থেকে Setu-তে না থাকলে আর অন্য কোনো পার্টনারের লিড না হলে, ৬০ দিন সেটা আপনার জন্য সুরক্ষিত থাকে (ডেমো বুক হয়ে থাকলে একবার আরও ৬০ দিন)। এর মধ্যে ফার্মটা কোনো কোড ছাড়াই সাইন আপ করলে সে আপনার।

দুজনের দাবি হলে:

• ফার্ম অন্য পার্টনারের কোড দিল, কিন্তু তার সুরক্ষিত লিড আপনার → আপনার লিড জিতবে।
• ফার্ম কোনো Setu কাস্টমারের "refer a friend" কোড দিল → সেই কোড জিতবে, আপনার লিড থাকলেও। তখন সেটা কাস্টমারের রেফারেল, পার্টনারের বিক্রি নয়।
• ফার্মের ব্রাউজারে একটা লিঙ্ক মনে আছে, কিন্তু সে অন্য কোড টাইপ করল → Join চাপার সময় ফর্মে যে কোড আছে, সেটাই জিতবে।
• দুই পার্টনারই বলছেন "আমার", লিডও নেই কোডও নেই → আমাদের কর্মী প্রমাণ দেখে (চ্যাট, ডেমোর তারিখ) ঠিক করবেন আর কারণ লিখে রাখবেন।

কোড ছাড়া সাইন আপ করা ফার্ম আপনার কোড যোগ করতে পারে শুধু প্রথম টাকা দেওয়ার আগে আর সাইন আপের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে। তার পরে আর কোনো পার্টনার যোগ হয় না।

যে ফার্ম আগে থেকেই Setu-তে আছে, সে আপনার হতে পারে না। পুরনো কাস্টমার নতুন ফার্ম খুললে সেটা নতুন কাস্টমার নয়।

এক কাস্টমারের একজনই পার্টনার। তার বাড়তি ফার্মগুলো মূল ফার্মের সঙ্গে যায়।

কাস্টমার যতদিন Setu চালায় আর আপনি নিয়ম মেনে পার্টনার থাকেন, ততদিন সে আপনার। ফ্রি কাস্টমার পরে — কয়েক বছর পরেও — টাকা দেওয়া শুরু করলে সে আপনারই, আর তার প্রথম টাকা দেওয়া বছরে প্রথম বছরের হার পাবেন। কাস্টমার বন্ধ করে ১২ মাসের মধ্যে ফিরলে আপনারই; ১২ মাসের বেশি পরে ফিরলে সে নতুন কাস্টমার।

কোনো কাস্টমার অন্য পার্টনারের কাছে যেতে চাইলে (যেমন ভালো সার্ভিস না পেয়ে), আমাদের কর্মী বছরে বড়জোর একবার সরাতে পারেন। প্রথম বছরের ভাগ আপনার কাছেই থাকে; সরানোর পরের রিনিউ যায় নতুন পার্টনারের কাছে।

আপনি নিজেও Setu কাস্টমার হলে আর আপনার নিজের "refer a friend" কোড থাকলে, শুরুতেই একবার ঠিক করবেন কোনটা চালাবেন: পার্টনার হিসেবে টাকার ভাগ, না কাস্টমার হিসেবে ফ্রি মাস — একই ফার্মে দুটো একসঙ্গে কখনো নয়।

আপনার ভাগ হিসাব হয় কাস্টমারের পুরো বিলের উপর, GST-এর আগে: প্ল্যান আর সেই বিলে থাকা বাড়তি User, App user, বাড়তি ফার্ম, WhatsApp প্যাক ও অন্য বছরের অ্যাড-অন।

• প্রথম বছর: ৩০%।
• এক আর্থিক বছরে (১ এপ্রিল থেকে ৩১ মার্চ) আপনার ১১তম টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমার থেকে: পরের প্রতিটা নতুন কাস্টমারের পুরো প্রথম বছরে ৩৫%। কোন কাস্টমারে কোন হার, সেটা ঠিক হয় তার প্রথম টাকার ৭ দিন পার হলে (পয়েন্ট ৩৫)।
• প্রতিবার রিনিউ: ১০%, যতদিন কাস্টমার টাকা দেয়।

ফ্রি প্ল্যানে (Setu Start) কিছু নেই, আর একবারের "আমরা আপনার ডেটা নিয়ে আসি" ফি-তেও কিছু নেই।

"প্রথম বছর" মানে কাস্টমারের প্রথম টাকা-দেওয়া সময় শুরু হওয়া থেকে ১২ মাস। এর ভিতরের মাসের টাকায় প্রথম বছরের হার; তার পরের মাসের টাকায় ১০%।

আমাদের নিজের অফার (Year-end offer, ২ বা ৩ বছরের দাম) সবার জন্য এক; আমরা যা বিল করি, তার উপর আপনার ভাগ।

কাস্টমারের টাকা আমাদের কাছে আসার পর একটা ভাগ ৭ দিন অপেক্ষা করে (ফেরতের সময়)। তারপর সেটা "Due" হয়।

৩-বিক্রির নিয়ম: আপনার প্রথম টাকা দেওয়া হয় শুধু আপনার ৩য় টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমারের পরে — ৩টে আলাদা ফার্ম, আপনার বা আপনার পরিবারের নয়, প্রত্যেকের ৭ দিন পার হওয়া। ১ম আর ২য় কাস্টমারের ভাগ আপনি পান শুধু তখনই, যখন আপনার ৩য় টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমার আসে। ততদিন সেগুলো পার্টনার পেজে "Kept till 3rd sale" হয়ে অপেক্ষা করে, আর ৩য়টার সঙ্গে একসঙ্গে Due হয়। তার পরে প্রতিটা ভাগ নিজের নিয়মে Due হয়।

রাখা ভাগ অপেক্ষা করে আপনার ১ম টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমার থেকে ১২ মাস। তার মধ্যে ৩য় টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমার না এলে রাখা ভাগ আর পাওনা হয় না, শেষ হয়ে যায়।

এক মাসে যা Due হয়েছে, পরের মাসের ১ তারিখ থেকে Claim করা যায়। যেদিন খুশি Claim চাপুন, বা Auto চালু করুন — তখন প্রতি মাসের ১০ তারিখে আপনার হয়ে নিজে থেকেই Claim হয়ে যাবে।

সবচেয়ে কম Claim: ₹৫০০। এর কম হলে টাকা নিরাপদে পরের মাসের জন্য থাকে। ৩১ মার্চ যা Due আছে, যত টাকাই হোক, নিজে থেকেই দেওয়া হয় — আপনার PAN আর ব্যাঙ্ক যাচাই হয়ে থাকলে।

প্রথমবার Claim করার সময় (বা Auto চালু করার সময়) দেবেন আপনার PAN, GST থাকলে GSTIN, আর PAN-এর নামেই একটা ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট বা UPI ID। আমাদের কর্মী সেগুলো দেখবেন, আর অ্যাকাউন্ট ঠিক কিনা দেখতে ₹১ পাঠাতে পারেন।

আমাদের কর্মী Claim মঞ্জুর করার পর সাধারণত ৩ কাজের দিনের মধ্যে টাকা আপনার ব্যাঙ্ক বা UPI-তে পৌঁছায়। হিসাবের কাগজ পাবেন পার্টনার পেজে আর WhatsApp-এ।

Due টাকা Claim না করলেও সেটা আপনারই থাকে। মাসে একবার WhatsApp-এ মনে করিয়ে দেব।

৭ দিন শেষ হওয়ার আগে কাস্টমার টাকা ফেরত পেলে, chargeback হলে বা পেমেন্ট ফেল করলে, সেই ভাগ এমনিই বাতিল হয়। আপনার ভাগ দিয়ে দেওয়ার পরে এমন হলে, পরের পেমেন্ট থেকে সেটা মাইনাস লাইন হিসেবে কেটে নেওয়া হয় (আপনার GST থাকলে তার credit note পার্টনার পেজ বানিয়ে দেবে)।

পরের পেমেন্টগুলোয় ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে সেটা না মিটলে, আমরা UPI-তে ফেরত দিতে বলব। ফেরত না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট On hold থাকবে, আর নতুন ভাগ থেকে আগে সেটা মিটবে।

TDS: আয়কর আইন যেমন বলে, আপনার কমিশন থেকে আমরা ট্যাক্স কেটে রাখব। আজকের নিয়মে: এক আর্থিক বছরে আপনার ভাগ ₹২০,০০০ পার হলে ২% (তখন পুরো বছরের টাকার উপর); PAN চালু না থাকলে (যেমন Aadhaar-এর সঙ্গে লিঙ্ক নেই) ২০%। আইন বদলালে নতুন আইন খাটবে।

TDS হিসাব হয় ভাগ Due হওয়ার সময়, Claim করার সময় নয়। প্রতি তিন মাসে TDS সার্টিফিকেট (আজ যার নাম Form 16A) পার্টনার পেজে পাবেন, আর TDS আপনার নিজের ট্যাক্সের হিসাবে (Form 26AS / AIS) দেখাবে।

আপনার GST রেজিস্ট্রেশন থাকলে, আপনার কমিশন আমাদের দেওয়া আপনার সার্ভিস। পার্টনার পেজ আপনার পেমেন্টের লাইন থেকে আপনার নামে GST ট্যাক্স ইনভয়েস বানিয়ে দেবে; আপনি দেখে Confirm চাপবেন। আমরা দেব কমিশন + GST (TDS কাটা হয় শুধু কমিশনের অংশে)। সেই GST আপনি নিজের GST রিটার্নে সরকারকে জমা দেবেন।

আপনার GST ইনভয়েস ৬০ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের GST হিসাবে (GSTR-2B) না দেখালে, আপনি ফাইল না করা পর্যন্ত পরের পেমেন্ট থেকে সেই GST-এর টাকা আটকে রাখব।

GST রেজিস্ট্রেশন না থাকলে আমরা কোনো GST যোগ করি না। নিজের ব্যবসা GST-এর সীমা পার হলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করানো আপনার কাজ।

যা আয় করবেন, সেটা আপনার আয়। তার উপর নিজের আয়কর আর GST দেওয়া আপনার কাজ।

৩য় টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমারের পরে আপনার নিজের ফার্মের জন্য এক বছর Setu Grow ফ্রি। প্রতিটা পরের বছরও ফ্রি, যদি সেই রিনিউয়ের আগের ১২ মাসে অন্তত ৩টে টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমার এনে থাকেন; না হলে সাধারণ দামে রাখতে পারেন।

৩য় টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমারের আগে আপনি বাকি সবার মতোই একই দামে Setu কিনবেন।

Setu নিয়ে শুধু সত্যি কথা বলুন। যে ফিচার, দাম, অফিসে যাওয়া বা সাহায্য আমরা দিই না, তার কথা দেবেন না।

ছাড় শুধু আপনার কোডে বসানো ছাড়টাই। অন্য কোনো ছাড়, ক্যাশ ব্যাক, উপহার, ফ্রি মাস বা আলাদা চুক্তি নয়।

কাস্টমার টাকা দেবে শুধু BinaSetu-কে, আমাদের নিজের পেমেন্ট পেজে। Setu-র টাকা নিজের নামে কখনো নেবেন না।

কুপন বা ডিলের ওয়েবসাইটে কোড দেবেন না। "BinaSetu" বা "Setu" নামে বিজ্ঞাপন দেবেন না, আর আমাদের মতো দেখতে পেজ বা প্রোফাইল বানাবেন না।

স্প্যাম নয়: একসঙ্গে অনেককে মেসেজ নয়, না চাওয়া লোককে মেসেজ নয়, ভুয়ো রিভিউ নয়।

প্রতিটা রিভিউ, ভিডিও বা পোস্টে পরিষ্কার বলবেন — সহজে চোখে পড়ে এমনভাবে, সেই একই ভাষায় — যে এটা পার্টনার লিঙ্ক, যেমন "আমার লিঙ্ক দিয়ে যোগ দিলে আমি টাকা পাই।" সৎ রিভিউ, ভালো-মন্দ দুটোই, স্বাগত।

আমাদের কিট, লোগো আর কথা যেমন দিই, তেমনই ব্যবহার করবেন। লোগো বদলাবেন না, আর নিজেকে "BinaSetu" বা আমাদের অফিস বলবেন না।

সাইন ইনের কোড কাউকে দেবেন না, আর অন্য কাউকে আপনার পার্টনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালাতে দেবেন না।

কাস্টমারের হয়ে নিজে টাকা দেবেন না, আর ভাগ পাওয়ার জন্য ভুয়ো ফার্ম বানাবেন না।

আপনার নিজের ফার্ম, আর আপনার পরিবারের (স্বামী বা স্ত্রী, বাবা-মা, ছেলেমেয়ে, ভাই-বোন) ফার্ম আপনার কাস্টমার হিসেবে ধরা হয় না: তাতে ভাগ নেই, ছাড় নেই, ৩-বিক্রির নিয়মেও গোনা হয় না।

প্রতিটা কাস্টমারের আপনি দেখবেন শুধু: ফার্মের নাম, শহর, প্ল্যান, শুরু আর রিনিউয়ের তারিখ, GST-এর আগে বিলের টাকা, আপনার ভাগ আর তার অবস্থা। তাদের খাতা, বিল, পার্টি, স্টক বা রিপোর্ট কখনো নয়।

কাস্টমারের মোবাইল নম্বর আর মালিকের নাম দেখবেন শুধু যদি কাস্টমার "My partner may contact me"-তে টিক দেয়। কাস্টমার যখন খুশি টিক তুলে দিতে পারে।

যা দেখবেন, গোপন রাখবেন। শুধু সেই কাস্টমারকে Setu-তে সাহায্য করতে ব্যবহার করবেন, কখনো বিক্রি বা কাউকে দেবেন না, আর প্রোগ্রাম ছাড়লে মুছে দেবেন।

আপনার নিজের তথ্য (PAN, ব্যাঙ্ক, কার্ডের ছবি) গোপন: শুধু যে কর্মী যাচাই করেন তিনিই দেখেন, ট্যাক্স আইন যতদিন বলে ততদিন রাখা হয়, তার পরে আর দরকার না থাকলে বা আপনি চাইলে মুছে দেওয়া হয়। আপনার তথ্য আমরা শুধু পার্টনার প্রোগ্রামের কাজে লাগাই।

১০০ বা তার বেশি টাকা-দেওয়া কাস্টমার (অন্তত ১০০টা যারা অন্তত একবার টাকা দিয়েছে, তার মধ্যে ৮০টা এখনও দিচ্ছে), পার্টনার হিসেবে ৬ মাস আর পরিষ্কার রেকর্ড থাকলে Setu Support Partner হওয়ার আবেদন করতে পারেন: নিজের কাস্টমারদের ডেমো দেবেন, ডেটা আনবেন, কর্মীদের শেখাবেন আর প্রথম সাহায্য করবেন।

ট্রেনিং আর পরীক্ষার পরে Support Partner আজকের নিয়মে পান প্রথম কাস্টমার থেকেই প্রথম বছরের ৩৫% আর প্রতিবার রিনিউয়ে ২০% (যতদিন সেই কাস্টমারের সাহায্য আপনার কাছে আসে), আর নিজে করা প্রতিটা ₹১,৯৯৯-এর ডেটা আনার কাজে ₹১,৫০০ রাখেন। Support Partner-এর শর্ত আবেদনের সময় দেওয়া হবে।

On hold: কিছু যাচাই করার থাকলে (আপনার PAN বা ব্যাঙ্ক, কোনো অভিযোগ, ফেরত নেওয়ার টাকা) আপনার টাকা অপেক্ষা করে, কিন্তু কোড চলতে থাকে। কী ঠিক করতে হবে, WhatsApp-এ জানাব। ৬০ দিনের মধ্যে PAN বা ব্যাঙ্ক ঠিক না হলে আপনাকে বন্ধ করা হবে। তখন আপনার Due টাকা আরও ১২ মাস আপনার জন্য অপেক্ষা করবে, প্রতি মাসে মনে করিয়ে দেব। তার পরেও ঠিক না হলে সেটা শেষ হয়ে যাবে, কারণ যাচাই করা PAN আর ব্যাঙ্ক ছাড়া আমরা টাকা দিতে পারি না।

বন্ধ: এই শর্ত ভাঙলে আমরা আপনাকে বন্ধ করতে পারি। কেন, লিখে জানাব, আর সিদ্ধান্তের আগে আপনি একবার উত্তর দিতে পারবেন। তারপর আপনার কোডে আর নতুন কাস্টমার আসবে না, আর আপনার কাস্টমাররা পার্টনার-ছাড়া হবে বা কাছের কোনো Support Partner-এর কাছে যাবে। সৎ বিক্রির যে ভাগ আগেই Due হয়েছে, সেটা তবুও দেওয়া হবে; যা এখনও "Kept till 3rd sale", তা শেষ হয়ে যাবে।

জালিয়াতি (ভুয়ো ফার্ম, কাস্টমারের হয়ে নিজে টাকা দেওয়া, নিজের নামে টাকা নেওয়া, কাস্টমারের তথ্যের অপব্যবহার): সেই বিক্রিতে কিছুই নেই, আগে দেওয়া টাকা ফেরত নেওয়া হবে, আর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বন্ধ।

ছেড়ে যাওয়া: আপনি বা আমরা WhatsApp বা ইমেলে ৩০ দিনের নোটিশ দিয়ে এই চুক্তি শেষ করতে পারি। আগেই Due হওয়া ভাগ দেওয়া হবে। যা এখনও "Kept till 3rd sale", তা শেষ হয়ে যাবে। ছেড়ে যাওয়ার পরে আপনার কাস্টমারদের রিনিউয়ের ভাগ আর আপনি পাবেন না — তবে আপনি শর্ত না ভাঙলেও যদি আমরা নিজেরা চুক্তি শেষ করি, তাহলে ছেড়ে যাওয়ার পরে আরও ১২ মাস আপনার কাস্টমারদের রিনিউয়ের ভাগ আপনি পাবেন।

নমিনি: পার্টনার পেজে একজন নমিনির নাম দিতে পারেন। আপনার মৃত্যু হলে আপনার কাস্টমারদের রিনিউয়ের ভাগ নমিনি পাবেন, যতদিন সেই কাস্টমাররা টাকা দেয় (টাকা পেতে নমিনি নিজের PAN আর ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট দেবেন)। নমিনিকে দিলেই আমাদের দায় মেটে; নমিনি আপনার আইনি উত্তরাধিকারীদের কাছে দায়ী।

WhatsApp আর ইমেলে ৩০ দিনের নোটিশ দিয়ে আমরা এই শর্ত বদলাতে পারি। যা আগেই আয় করেছেন, সেটা পুরনো শর্তেই নিরাপদ। বদল পছন্দ না হলে আপনি ছেড়ে যেতে পারেন (পয়েন্ট ৭২)। ৩০ দিনের পরেও পার্টনার পেজ চালালে ধরা হবে আপনি বদল মেনে নিয়েছেন।
